Vinyl Issues:

Record Skipping / Not Playing Correctly:

This is likely an issue that can be solved by slightly adjusting the weight of the tone arm on your turntable. Depending on what kind of turntable you have, this should be a pretty easy fix. If the adjustment doesn’t seem to help, send us a video of the record playing incorrectly to store[at]59xrecords.com, and we’ll see what we can do about getting you a replacement. We've also run into some issues in which the turntable itself is the issue. If possible, try the record out on a different turntable to see if that solves the issue. Feel free to email us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be fulfilled within 3 - 7 business days from your order (excluding pre-order items) with various shipping times based on location. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered. International orders vary in shipping times but can take up to 24 days to ship from our HQ.
